Exhaust Sputtering Droplets
I started my 1996 Civic CX (d16y7) after it sat for over a day in cold weather. After I drove it around the block, I let it idle while I moved my dad's car out of the driveway. When I came back to my Civic I could see marks from droplets of liquid (not sure what it was) flying out of the exhaust! Is it possible that there was just ice in the exhaust and it melted and was flying out or is this a sign of some serious problem with my engine?

Re: Exhaust Sputtering Droplets (mugenpowered)
just condensation from either icing in the exhaust depending on how cold it is, also the "water" in the gasoline coming out evaporated and then condensing back into liquid. no need to worry. very common in cold temps.
