Neither of those, the F and H series engines are i4 engines. You have a J series V6. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Honda_J_engine

Nah, I'm just trolling. You should she the engine designation number stamped on the block somewhere, usually next to the hole used for timing.

If you look at the block you will see a stamp engraved down near the bottom it should say j30a1 but have a look for your self to make sure.
