im just trying to figure out what size injectors i should be running.
my build is a LS-Vtec with USDM B18C5 pistons 81,5mm bore
B16 head Flat faced valves, supertech valve springs and retainers
Rocket cams M22X cams
i have a set of 370 injectors. But i feel as tho it might not be enough. I have been thinking maybe 550cc DSM injectors.
Ill be tuned on neptune on 93 pump.
LMK what you think good to go or a little bit bigger

#1. never start a sentence with "I feel" in a tech forum. You're automatically wrong and come off as uninformed when you do.
#2. How much power are you putting out?
This chart was found using a 5 second Google search.

Found this too.

RDX 410cc is what the kids are running these days. Newer technology, better atomization. Never seen a study proving it has a direct relationship to HP but theoretically it makes sence.

RDX injectors would be MORE then enough.
They are a great spray pattern like the IDS/Fuel injector clinic injectors and they are rated @ 415CC, @ around 50-60psi though they can flow a bit more..

Your 370cc/min injectors should be more than enough for what you're running. I would only go with the 2G DSM (450cc) injectors, or larger, if you decide to run spray/boost, or switch to e85.
I run 1G DSM 390cc/min injectors on my B16 w/ N2O (75 hit). I've never had any problems or been starved for fuel.

235BHP with a large 15% drivetrain loss = 200WHP. The minimum injector @ 80% duty cycle is 385cc. You do not want to go past an 80% duty cycle for the sake of keeping the injectors cool and responsive, not just an open nozzle. Based on that information... RDX 410cc injectors will do the job well and that is what I recommend for most all motor builds. Unless you are me and go for the big boy ID1000's which at 200WHP are only at a 30% duty cycle.
Stock ITR injectors with an ITR FPR ~ 50 PSI fuel pressure hit 100% duty cycle at 220 whp on my engine. Most 1.8 liter builds will not need more than stock injectors as long as the fuel system is adequate. Atomization and spray pattern are another matter.
As others have said it depends on your power goals, but if you have a good idea of what you want to do with the rest of your set up and what kind of fuel you'll be running then you can always give us a call at (561) 427-0082 and we can advise you on what the best fit injector would be to support that level of power.
You can check out our 525cc injectors for the B Series here for some more info: http://fuelinjectorclinic.com/d-b-h/IS115-0525H

You can also use our injector flow calculator here to play with some numbers to get an idea of what size injector you'd need: http://fuelinjectorclinic.com/flow-calculator
Any other questions just let me know!
