Default SI 00 Fan Switch sensor

hello

I need your help to know what is the sensor to use on the B16a2 Civic 00 SI.

sensor of temperature, to activate the FAN and cool the engine.

I think is this: but Im not sure: Ebay 251159142620
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Super-Auto-T...4060dc&vxp=mtr

And let me know if is posible to install another range to enable the FAN
if the stock start FAN to 95°C, I prefer one to start to 80°C.

Thanks for all.

The E-Bay link shows an ECT sensor... that reports coolant temperature to the ECU, it has nothing to do with turning the cooling/radiator fan on at a specific temperature.

The fan switch is located on the thermostat housing... just behind the point where the lower radiator hose connects to the thermostat housing. There is a grey 2 pin connector plugged into it; wire colors are green and black. I am unaware of any aftermarket options except one from Mugen. It requires the use of a matching thermostat.

No. It's a thermistor switch - it works on temperature. The ECU isn't involved.

Spoon, Mugen and Mishimoto make an aftermarket option, and both open at 80* rather than the stock 93*. They also both require the use of the matching thermostat. OP, why do you think you need a lower temp fan switch? Unless your car is seeing HEAVY track use, it doesn't. Just for clarification, when I say heavy, I mean to the point that you or someone in your pit would already know the answer to your question.
