Default Plz help me :head lights dim

Ok so I have a problem with my head lights. My pasenger light is dim and the bright on that side is inoperable when high beam is turned on. When low beams are on the driver is fine and the pasenger is dim and the bright light bulbs are trying to turn on( very dimly lit). Also when lights are turned on the two lower brake lights are on. Everything works normal when lights are off.
Parts I've changed so far:
Both low and high beams
All the connectors to the bulbs
Combination switch
Integrated control unit
Brake light and corner light bulbs
The pasenger head light has 12 volts but low amps and when I in plug the lights on the pasenger side or driver high beam they turn off
I've opened the harness and no broken or frayed wires and the grounds are good
Anyone ever delt with this b4

Check the ground for the headlights...either loose/not mounted at all/or contact point is painted/dirty.

Same thing happened to me but on driver side and found the ground was just hanging there not mounted.

Do you know the location of those grounds of the top of your head by any chance?

Thank you both.
So I stiped being stubborn and dicided to go ahead and clean the grounds. Even tho they looked good they still needed to be cleaned. Shame on me cuz I know better. Also crog from my other post you were right on the switch being bad as well. It had holes on the contact points inside the switch. AND also stated on my other post about my bottom two brake lights staying on when light switch engaged was caused from the bulb being upside down in the socket! Dam u 2057's!
Thanks again guys
