Default Idle problem still (video included)

I have been trying to get my CRX to idle smooth for some time now and have started a thread thinking it was my IACV (not a large bouncing idle that is typically associated with the IACV). Here is the link from CRX community

http://crxcommunity.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=63523

Here is the last post I made. with a video.

"So I still haven't fixed the idle problem. I really don't know what the heck is going on with this car. I'm running out of options. Here is what I have done up to now.

Changed

Intake manifold gasket
Throttle body gasket
IACV gasket
Deleted FITV
changed IAT o ring
re timed mechanical timing
welded up header at slip b/c it was leaking before the o2 sensor
new spark plugs
new spark plug wires
new cap and rotor
Checked all vacuum lines
replaced PCV valve
compression test (210psi on all cylinders with engine warm)
reset ignition timing since I did the mechanical timing

All I can think of now is

check valve lash. I don't think they are making a lot of noise though but who knows
do a leak down test - Wouldn't I have low compression numbers if there was a valve leaking?
Injector "o" rings
Maybe check fuel pressure at the rail? I have the gauge on the outlet of the fuel filter.

That's all I can think of to check after this. Here is a link to a video I took. Let me know if it can be viewed. The idle was low the whole time the car was on. Then after it warmed up it jumped all of a sudden. The timing is spot on mechanically. I timed the ignition timing with a light and it didn't seem to jump like in the video but it still bobbles. I have a spare distributor I can put on in case it's the ignitor or something. I'm just out of ideas. CRX is running on a stock PR4 90 Integra LS ECU. It came out of my Integra that now has S300 so it shouldn't have any problems. I drove the Integra around without issues to put 3k miles on it. Could a wacky o2 sensor do this? I don't have any codes at all. "

Any help is appreciated. I will record a new video today and post the new one up.

Thanks
