CEL 12, 21, + 41 on 92 hatch
Just picked up this hatch and need some guidance with these aforementioned CEL codes. My hatch has a swapped D16Y8 running a P28 ECU.
CEL 12: EGR Valve
CEL 21: VTEC solenoid
CEL 41: O2 sensor heater
With CEL 12, I'm somewhat stumped. My car does not have an EGR valve anywhere near the intake manifold, as I've seen with all the pictures off of Google. In addition, I've checked around online and I'm reading some places that the P28 does look for an EGR, and some places that the P28 doesn't look for an EGR. How would I go about fixing this?
With the CEL 21, I haven't done much in troubleshooting yet (just checked the codes yesterday), but I was going to first remove it and clean it up a bit and then check if it works. If not, I will check the wiring and see where that leads me. Would this be the right way to go about things?
With the CEL 41, I'm assuming the O2 sensor heater is actually inside the O2 sensor, and that I would have to replace the O2 sensor in its entirety. If so, I don't mind spending the money as I don't know the last time this O2 sensor was replaced so it wouldn't hurt.
Finally, to give some information about symptoms my car is show, the only things I've noticed is: 1) no VTEC, and 2) the car bogs down quite a bit in first and second, but goes away third, fourth, and fifth. Also, gas mileage doesn't seem to be what it could be for a Y8. Other than that, everything's kosher.
Thanks for any help/information!

Have you cleared the codes to see what comes back?
