New harness help! Misfire/check engine light
My question is why on earth anyone would make a harness for an OBD0 engine in an OBD2 vehicle. There's just all sorts of wrong there. I'm actually not even sure how the car runs at all.
Sorry I meant only the injector clips were for obd0. The dizzy and alternator clips were for obd1. So I bought the obd1 to obd2 conversion harness' so u could use my obd2 dizzy and alternator.
well to fix the check engine light, i didnt know the extra wires on the rywire harness were for that. each one was for the check engine light, rpm, and something else i forget.
but i still cant figure out why it sounds like its misfiring. did a compression test and everything was good. no check engine light. i need to get a fuel pressure gauge to see where im at. only at idle is when u can hear it
