Default E85 na compression ratio question

I'm building a very high hp na b series build and my final piece to the puzzle is compression. This e85 thing is new to me and I understand the benifits of using it and its readily available for me to use.I was going to be running 13.0:1 cr before I decided to make the switch to e85.What would be a high compression number that I could still use and be somewhat decient on the street?
Before anyone asks the questions about my motor setup here is a rundown on some of the basics.
Dart block at 86mm
Endyn full na built head
Kinsler itbs port matched via PDF to the head.55mm
Bisi header till I spring for a Myers unit.
92mm scat 29lb crank
Crappy eagle ls rods.

I hope I have given enough information.i would just like a little insight.
Thanks

13:1 would be great for e85. e85 will let you run more timing and thus make more power at any compression ratio. Or are you actually asking "how high can I go".

I am pretty much looking for what is the max I can go.
I was going to pick up a set of grp rods but the car will be driven so i am staying away from the aluminum rods.

Brian crower make some nice light weight ones. I personally am running the Carrillo pro a light weight. Rated to be as light as possible and go to 100 hp per rod.

Before you get all crazy, you didnt say anything about the camshafts being used or the intentions of this build.

The camshafts used are pro 3s and I will also be comparing ddtechs reapers.the intentions with the build are simple, run 11s on the drag strip and be driven there an back.also maybe a little auto x.

Your rod choice will depend on your piston rod combo. Are you running a 5.394 rod or the 5.531 rod? 5.531 rod only has two option without going custom, Crower and Eagle. The 5.531 eagle rods should weight around 535 w/bolts

Im running them in my 89x81.5 setup. They work good for me. I appreciate the light weight assembly on the road course. But they are only rated to 400hp. Fine for me, but think about the future of your motor. If u find your self not hitting your ET goals, would u go n2o? This may put your setup close to the threshold. Everyone knows the eagles are a safe bet no matter what. And in drag racing how much whp are you really gonna lose with the eagles... only reason I would get **** about rotating assembly is for road racing and such.

That's a good point cause a 100 shot is going to happen and if those carrillo a can only hold that much then I would be very close indeed to the breaking point.

I built my motor originally to run on both e85 and 91 but I regret that now (12:1 c/r). I should have just gone higher and planned on running e85 all the time. I currently always run e85 since its annoying to switch fuels and I don't have to worry about detonation at all. I have been itching to build/tune a 13:1 + motor on e85. I keep trying to talk my customers into doing it so I can see how it turns out. Just go for itbut make sure you get big injectors like 750 or bigger
