whats the difference between high compression & low compression ? & whats the good things about it & bad things ???

got a b18b block with b16 pistons& rods & gonna put my stock LS head . . . . .

On an NA setup, higher compression is going to mean more power obviously. There are limits on compression with pump gas though. At a certain point, you'll have to use something with a higher octane content (ie. race gas or E85).

I dont know what you're really looking for so if you want a more detailed answer, ask a more specific question...

low compression = turbo power!

 

Not sure where you got this brilliant idea but B16 rods are too short to be used in a B18 block.
