Icon2 Compression Test: Weird results. Wet & Dry

B17 block
B16a2 pistons & Head

Dry
1 - 245
2 - 175
3 - 235-240
4 - 250

Cracked piston maybe ? This is a fresh build .. Under 1000 on the block.... feeling very confused, can't be the rings ..

Wet
1 - 300-320 (off the gauge)
2 - 270
3 - 250
4 - 290-300

I was thinking maybe I put too much oil in for the wet test, but I put about the same amount in all 4 so why were the results so off if they were within 5% in the Dry test (besides cylinder 2) .... I just need to know what's going on, some words of advice would be nice. what could it be ? what do you guys think ? Thinking of scrapping an starting something new ...

I would try another compression test gauge, to eliminate it as the possible problem. 94
