So I thought I fixed my car but it doesn't seem like it.I have replaced the main relay,fuel pump,and ecm due to it not wanting to start after it raining.After replacing the ecm,the car ran great,but it sat for two days, which during the two days it was raining.If I put my foot all the way to the floor the car accelerates poorly and sounds like a wookie. Has anyone had a similiar problem.Its a 1995 Civic Ex with D16Z6 with manual trans.

 

Sounds like your describing a misfiring or you are down a cylinder..
Does it have no power?

 

I'd check your timing as well.
