Default Mount issue 89 hatch si

I just bought a 89 civic hatch si with a sohc zc and the driver side mount is not right. Does anybody no what mount combo I need to make it right

I saw that tread but it was for the z6 sway mine is a zc no the same motor

theres a good chance it IS the same motor, ZC engine is the exact same as a a6/z6 depending on obd with a slightly different cam timing, if it is originally a non-vtec obd1 in japan its the same mount as the z6, ive had this problem in my hatch with the zc swap and have just left it. causes no harm. unless your in the market for aftermarket (hasport or other) performance mounts just leave it alone. the side mounts to virtually nothing but support the weight of the engine, front and rear carry all of the engine twist.

in other words your engine (and mine) are the same as a normal d16 non vtec with a different cam gear. but from personal experience our engine tend to be more reliable and being able to say its a JDM motor just puts icing on the cake.

read that other thread and the same solution will fix your problem if you feel the need to change it.
