So I recently bought a 92 civic bc hatch back 1.5L When I was learning to drive, I went to stop on a hill and start again and ended up stalling and my car would not start. We thought it might have been water in the fuel filter so replaced that. Then a week ago, same thing happened. It's almost as if the engine is being flooded or sounds like it. I've been told it was the purge solenoid valve but my dad doesn't think it's that. Any ideas or similar problems??
