did you replace both axle's?

if you do a restoration on your front suspension, i encourage you do the rotor over hub conversion using 98-99 2.3CL parts.

is it more of a knocking or clicking? if it's a knock, it would be your coilovers' perches that are loose or the top nut.

if it's a clicking noise, then it's probably a knuckle on the arm or some joint that needs. or check your brake shields, a part of it might be touching the rotor.

i used to go through axle's and wheel bearings like it was my job on my Acura CL, so i'm trying to remember the noises and what each noise meant.

the reason i suggest the conversion is because on your setup the bearings have to be pressed into the rotor, which means getting them off is a complete pain in the ***.

this is alot better of an article.
https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-accord-1990-2002-2/diy-rotor-over-hub-conversion-2027047/

you can you the same knuckle and just press the hub/bearing onto the existing knuckle instead of the rotor.

Pardon my memory, but does the F-series run a midshaft? Did you inspect the midshaft bearing? This same issue happened to a friend's accord last year and they overlooked little stuff like that.
