Soooooo, I currently have 4-2-1 header, test pipe, ebay 2.25 catback and a straight through designed Apexi Ws2.

After researching and researching i have come to the conclusion that i will need:

A. Aftermarket Resonator & B. Chambered Muffler to achieve quietness, and as less drone as POSSIBLE.

I was going to go back to stock exhaust and do an e-cutout, but it's too much of a hassle. (Or maybe that is what i need to do.)

I'm leaning towards getting a Thrush Glasspack for my resonator(Thrush Glasspack/25 in. overall length and 20 in. shell length glasspack muffler (24242) | Muffler | AutoZone.com) and Dynomax VT for my muffler(Dynomax 17155 VT Stainless Steel Oval Muffler Offset Center 2 25 in ID | eBay)

Please share any knowledge or suggestions that could help me to achieve my goals. Thanks fellas.

 

are you saying you have an ebay exhaust(on the car) and a WS2 sitting around. or do you mean a WS2 muffler. if so get the ebay one off there and throw on the full WS2.... sorry that line is hard to understand. or go out and buy a full Skunk2 megapower exhasut,Yonaka or my fav Buddy club s2. would help to know what car/engine this is for.

 

If you did your research and know what you need, then go get it.
You arent the first one to ask such a question and searching google using honda tech in the search string will help you find all the opinions and options you could possibly want.

 

A dynomax bullet 24" resonator did amazing things for my Yonaka WS-II replica 60mm exhaust!!!

As stated there are plenty of info on this subject. Just spend a little time using H-T's search or google.

 

apexi ws2 or yonaka.

or build your own for about the same and have probably a better sound.
