Well the Hakka 1 is a studded tire and the Q is not. The studded is only useful in locations where there is always snow on the ground. Snow tires and performance don't really go together since the compounds used are soft and the dry traction is compromised by the tread pattern. Those two tires also have weaker sidewalls. If you want a decent snow/wet tire with decent dry traction in between storms when the roads are clear, try the Nokian NRW.

but what i really need is a snowtire, not an all season tire. we depending on which year have a lot of snow each year and i have my summer tires, so... i heard many ppl recommend the nokian, that's why i narrow down to this this brand rite now

Oh okay, I thought you wanted to know what snow tires will still offer you some performance capabilities.
I have the Hakka Qs on my R and they have served me very well in the snow and ice. Unless it is extremely icy where you live I wouldn't get the studded Rs (I'd be scared to drive the R in really icy conditions ) The Qs are very good. Also I'm not sure about Canada, but studded tires aren't allowed everywhere in the US. Good luck with your choice

The Hakka 1 isn't necessarily a studded tire. It's a studdable tire. out of all the Nokian's, Hakka 1 is probably the most aggressive ice/snow tire.

If I'm not mistaken, NRW's don't exist anymore...

True the Hakka 1s don't necessarily come with studs installed, but unlike most "studable" tires they already have stud holes. I don't see the use for these if one doesn't intend to use them.
Maybe NRWs are discontinued, but they still list them on their website.
With the lack of snow recently, I wish I bought those a few years back.
