ITB (sport injection) and turbo
i was reading the new super street and if i'm not mistaken dosn't that 1980 celica have ITB and a turbo. how would that setup work would you need just a seeled box around the ITB or have a pipe going to each throtle body
it would work and i have looked into it before but it is simply too much money... to make the same amount of power u could use a manifold for much cheaper
You'de probably need something that looks just like the stock setup. The only difference being where the throttle plates are compared to the stock throttle plate. You still have the big resevoir but its before the TB instead of after.
It would, however, be intresting to run a setup with an exhaust type 4-1 collector backwards, and run it back to back on a dyno, with a standard ITB setup described above...

I'd think you would have to make an equal length manifold to connect to the ITB to make it work correctly or you most likely would get uneven distribution. Seems like too more trouble than it would be worth.
