port and polish

1.6l dohc
What kind of power gain would i be looking at with port and polished intake man and head? And about how much would it cost?

You should try to DIY. Buy a dremel if you don't already have one. You will feel and hear even a mild port and polish job. But yes, don't expect huge gains unless you have cams and exhaust, etc.
