2000 ex when it gets warm after driving for a bit. coolent comes out of the top of the over flo. and where the little black hose is running into the top of the radiator. changed the thermostat still happens. and i havent seen the fan kick on either. any idea what the problem could be??

 

Buy a test kit that detects whether exhaust gas is present in coolant. If so, the head gasket is blown.
