Code 4-crank angle sensor. and code 22-vtec pressure valve

Code 4-crank angle sensor. and code 22-vtec pressure valve
okay, well i had a post prior because i thought it may have been the egr.
here is the info. i had a code 0 but i fixed some loose wires and my ecu is fine.
now i have the real problem. Code 4- i know how to check the crank angle sensor i just don't know what the ohm should be at as my manual lacks the info.
as for the vtec pressure value. i don't even know where that is.
any advice would be greatly appreciated and take. thanks

scratch that. the vtec pressure valve was also hooked up wrong on the ecu. hooked it up and no more bogging or anything engine runs smooth but now im getting a code 23 knock sensor.didn't come on until i got down the road. what could be the problem?
