will a 1.5l work in a 1999 civic 1.6l
I had the 1.5 motor in and running but no crank sensor to hook up. so motor kept speeding up and down .it throwed a fluctuation sensor not receiving a signal alarm

Welcome to HT, but you posted in the completely wrong forum. Try the Civic forums, or have one of the admin's move it. You'll get far better results!
