use factory specified spark plugs for a stock car... a VX runs on lean burn so it needs HOTTER spark plugs to work properly dont get whichever is cheapest... kids today.

NGK all the way.

not a kid by any means. All plugs listed were specified on majestic honda for the vx model.

KevinVX (second post) suggests these: 98079-5414G 016 004 SPARK PLUG (ZFR4F-11) (NGK)

Do you even know what the numbers in that NGK part number stand for?

I do.

You should use the recommended plugs for you car and driving habits/environment. This is commonly listed under the hood.

I run 1 heat range colder plugs because I drive around 120 miles a day at ~80 mph (extended high speed driving) and I live in the desert where high temps are the norm, plus I drive up a steep mountain pass daily where high-rpm/high-load/preiginition is a possibility.
In my opinion buying the precious metal/expensive plugs is only necessary for cars where the intake covers the plugs and changing plugs is inconvenient/expensive (you'd want to only have to do it every 100k miles). On most Honda's the plugs are easy to change so use the good old copper plugs.

+1 NGK ZFR5F-11, I run stock intake and fuel, and I use these, they work great, and you should be able to find them locally. Just check the gap and use a bit of anti-sieze of course, and maybe a very thin film of dielectric grease on the inside of the plug boot where it contacts the ceramic part of the plug. Sorry if you knew all that....

The service manual recommend these for the VX: 98079-5414G 016 004 SPARK PLUG (ZFR4F-11) (NGK)

Just so that someone doesn't get confused with one of the posts above.
