Default Help w/ b16 parts

I been researching for couple hours n didn't find to much

I have a 96 civic dx with a jdm b16a sir2 (the second gen b16) with a chipped p28 ecu

I need to know what parts to get for a tune up...

Spark plugs, cables, distributor and rotor, filters and whatever else

Can somebody tell me what year car I can get stuff from?
And an alternator to

Common Sense here..
Service manuals tell you all about ? what? Service.
Would a tune up be included in services?
Yes!
Go find an online service manual..
Google it

get them from 92-95 del sol vtec since it is obd1 like your b16a, You can get from em1 but it is obd2. Most parts are the same but I prefer to order from same obd system.

Ya I see lol... I was told to get obd2 parts like alternator n manifold... But I need a tune up and an alternator... So my best bet would be 92-95 del sol parts For The tune up? Ain't the 90-93 integra the same also?

And about the alternator... I read that the 93 integra one would b the best bet... True?

Ok I see you have an obd1 motor in an obd2 car running an obd1 ecu so you would be running a jumper harness. As for your alt you will need to verify the differences between obd1 and obd2 alts and figure out which one you have in the car then replace accordingly.

and no DA, 90-93 tegs are obd0 so stay away from that stuff..

What distributor are you running? Spark plugs won't change but I'm pretty sure the spark plug wires are different between obd generations.. A good way to verify this wouuld be to pull up www.hondapartsnow.com in two different tabs and in one pull up say a 94 del sol vtec and in the other pull up a 00 civic Si and compare part numbers.

Correct. From a quick search you probably have an obd2 dist. unless you are also running a conversion harness here as well. Usually you run a dist to match your harness, unless of course you run the conv. harness.

NP, I usually do not come in this subforum but I did for some reason last night. I run a b16a in my 92 hatch so I though I would help. I was also planning on running a teg brake setup but have decided to go bigger but still using the teg knuckles and trailing arms.
