Why do you want to make your car lighter?

Body kit doesn't add anything especially "style".

Weight saving for slightly more power? Nope. It will make your wallet lighter.

I might get ate out for this and yelled at but why not do 3m CF wrap? lmao it's relatively cheap and it's basically for the "Style" without the cost. I know this is more for, console, around the cluster, dash accessories ect but i've seen hoods and trunks done in it. It's pretty nice.

Style is not the aim in this post. The OP is looking to reduce some weight in order to gain a little more power.

Oh didn't even fulyl read the post lol. But yeah the 3m CF **** for console type stuff is pretty cool. Only reason i found it was i pulled out a 98 spec itr teggy dash(Was in a regular teggy) and i was going to buy it, but the junk yard wanted A CRAZY AMOUNT FOR IT like 600$. so i just pulled off the CF **** on it for 40$ lol

As for the OP, no body kit is cool. Honestly, you won't make your car much lighter by removing/replacing panels. If you want a lighter car go remove all the necessary components that your car doesn't NEED to run. Cruise, ABS, etc.. Although that's an entire different ball park.

This is coming from my heart. If you put a BODY KIT on your car you will hate it. Not being mean, But everyone does have their on style. I just know once you do this kit and start going to car meets and etc. I say a couple weeks of attending these meets and race track events the body kit will be coming off. Like everyone mentioned above, Go for a lip kit or even just a front lip. Body kits will do nothing for you. The purpose of a REAL name brand body kits are for better down-force less drag and etc. But no Honda or Acura needs this set up. Focus on the suspension and motor, Then you will be very happy.
