91 Integra Idle Problem/Dimming light
I have a 1991 Integra LS OBO0 with a B16a. I have been noticing that certain things i do affect the idle on the car. The first time i noticed it is when i pressed the brake pedal the idle would drop. Then today i noticed that when i press the switch to lower the driver window, the idle dropped and the cluster lights and clock dimmed. When i pressed the passenger side window switch the idle would drop and lights dimmed but not as much as the driver side switch.
I also notice when i start the car the lights dim.
I recently purchased a new battery, which i thought would fix the problems but it hasnt.
Also weird thing that happened today. I had the car on four jackstands while doing maintenance on the car. When i turned on the car to make sure the car didnt have any leaks i noticed the driver side tire turning, when i went to the passenger side that tire was spinning faster. I went into the car and made sure the car was not in gear, and it wasnt. I pressed the brake pedal and it stopped the spinning. They didnt spin again afterwards. Anybody know how that is possible?

As mentioned, have the cars charging system, [alt.] checked, you can have that done for free at any alt./batt. shop, [Interstate Batteries] it takes about 30sec. 94
