2003 Civic Ex Running light problem
Having an issue with the rear running lights. they aren't turning on with the headlights, nor is the instrumental panel lighting up on the interior.
We replaced all the bulbs, checked all the fuses, replaced the switch for the lights on the left side.
Don't know what else it could be if anyone has any insight that would be much appreciated thanx!

Turn the running lights on then check for voltage at the light. If you have voltage at the light then it's either a bad light socket (which I doubt as none of them are working) or it's a bad ground. The ground for all those lights is under the trunk latch on the rear wall of the car.
If you don't have voltage at the light, check for voltage at the taillight relay socket in the under-dash fusebox. If you have voltage at the relay socket then check to see if the relay is good.
