Default JDM B16A Code 21 and 23? HELP!!! T_T

Alright guys. Im back here again with ANOTHER problem..
ENGINE : Jdm B16a OBD1
Car/Model: Eg Civic CX 1992
BEFORE YOU READ :
replaced dizzy. spark plugs and wires. knock sensor. vtec solenoid. TPS.

So a week ago my car started having troubles getting up to speed... it doesn't feel like it's pulling the first time I got it.... Like it felt like there was a deadspot.. EXAMPLE : sometimes when I'm driving around 60mph going up a hill it sometimes doesn't even pick speed .. in some instances it seems like I'm no gaining any and I just stay the same (pedal all the way down to the floor)
It sounds like it wants to go.. but it just doesn't want to pick up speed!
VTEC doesn't work either.
There's also this pinging sound after my car has been driven for 10-15minutes.. it started happening when I had the problems. It's literally like a
ting ting ting ting like every second... for several minutes.. sometimes when I'm a stoplight I can hear it under my car somewhere. I don't think this is normal -.-...I asked around some people are saying I'm running rich.... that would probably explain WHY I HAVE **** GAS MILAGE TOO!
Popped the hood and I find out that my knock sensor is completely broken in half. (half of the bolt is in the block.. and just the plastic is connected to the connector.)
ALSO. During this time I didn't know my CEL was not working. I replaced the bulb and voila! ANYWAYS........
got my check engine light to turn on and began to get codes. I got Code 21 and 23. from my understanding that is vtec solenoid and knock sensor....
a couple days later.. I replaced the knock sensor..(it was a bitch) and vtec solenoid.. reset ECU... my Knock sensor code goes away.. but my vtec solenoid code is still there.... went for a drive... NOTHING changed.. pulled codes again and my Knock sensor code was back... NOOOOOO!
(this starts to happen when my car is warmed up.... but when it's cold same symptoms kind of... but it feels like its pulling more than when it's warm. VTEC still doesn't work.. CEL still on. (both codes) )

Please Honda Tech. HELP.

I posted the troubleshooting guide from the service manual. That's all you should need. Test according to that and post back.

you could have low oil pressure. vtec solenoids are basically oil pressure switches, low pressure= no vtec. would also explain the noise you are describing.

Yeah thanks so much for that man. Also I'm just curious are the symptoms I have can be caused by these codes and what if I get a chipped ecu will it fix my knock sensor problem alone and id just have to worry about the solenoid code ??

the sound could be a pinging noise caused by improper ignition timing. i would check that first...i think the vtec issue is less important

If the knock sensor is not working properly, you will likely hear sounds emitting from the engine. You may hear loud thumping noises that become louder over time. This sound is called "pinging" and is quite audible.

And most importantly, the vehicle will often shake or vibrate and misfire when the engine is started. The engine may emit strong exhaust and burning smells due to the detonation in the cylinders. Fuel economy is often affected, causing the vehicle to burn more gas than usual and requiring frequent fuel replenishment. Also, your vehicle may display acceleration problems, such as dragging, hesitation or jerking from the engine during speed increases.
