Don't. Just don't. It's like putting a Bandaid over a gaping head wound. A Bandaid that makes the future required surgery a royal pain in the *** for the doctor. A Bandaid that leaves black, gunky residue behind in the wound, that can't be fully removed without irrigating your head, or replacing it. See where I'm going with this metaphor yet?

While you're at NOT using that ****, turn off your caps lock.

Why do you think you have a bad headgasket?

At least you turned off capslock this time.

Same thing applies here as it did to your last great idea. There is no "easy fix" for a head gasket.

I've used it on my old d series after a friend told me about it. I would say go with the bluedevil. If the damage isn't to severe then this will buy you some time. YOU WILL STILL NEED TO REPAIR YOUR CAR!!! but unlike the bars headgasket fix the bluedevil looks like blue coolant and I could say from personal use it works if the problem is still only mild.

2005 Honda Civic, better do not use it
I used Bar's Head Gasket fix and it was a complete failure
It plugged the leak for a while, but I wasn't able to drive the car for no more than 30 blocks due to severe engine overheated
The temperature gauge jumped to unsafe limit
I had to stop for 40 minutes until the engine will get cooler and then tried to come back home by stopping 40 minutes several times
Next day in the morning, i drove the car again, but same engine overheated as before, but it was getting worse and I had to stop every 7 blocks or so
I went to the mechanic and I had to leave the car
The mechanic called me the next day and told me that everything was badly clogged, all the cooling parts, including radiator, water pump, heater core and thermostat but he was not sure if everything is going to be normal after parts replaced
I paid $ 1,178 for parts replaced and labor, but the overheated engine is gone
Bar's head gasket said is a permanent fix but actually is a permanent damage
And i am here taking the bus to go to work and everyday late

Used it a few years ago when I was having overheating issues. All it did was leave goo everywhere. Once I replaced my headgasket, I had to replace my thermostat and radiator as well due to the goop. It'll also crud up your coolant reservoir.
Flushed my coolant a few weeks ago, and that **** was STILL floating outta there!
You're doing the right thing by "doing surgery" rather than "using a band-aid."

Just in case you did not have the chance to go down the page, I will write again everything for you about Bar's head gasket fix. Yesterday I found in a website that someone posted a lie on Bar's and said that he added Bar's to his car and the car lasted 110,000 miles
So why to buy new cars when you have Bar's head gasket fix?
Get a rope and a tree for that guy. I think the main suspect is Bar's makers of the product posting marketing lies

This is a situation of "Rip the bandaid off your wallet really fast and just get the head gasket job done". Find a service manual for your engine, bribe some mechanically enabled friends with beer, pizza, ****, whatever floats their boat and just replace it.

It tends to be more severe then you think... as they will plug your heater core up and you wont have any heat in the winter . they can also plug your thermostat to stay open or close.. fixing a heater core isnt very fun to do . so after using this band aid u will be spending More money to fix other parts you damaged using that band aid fix..i advise fixing it right and not damaging more parts(spending MORE money then just fixing a headgasket) using some band-aid product!

Most people can't change a tire w/o cross threading a wheel tud let alone change a head gasket where aluminum block vs a steel bolt/stud is involved. Please take it to a mechanic if you don't know what you're doing... EDIT: have your head resurfaced I guarantee its warped if you've already overheated it.

Bar's the magic bottle with something wrong inside
Seem to me that Bar’s has a bunch of parasites working more on growing marijuana plants than working for a solution to plug leaks on head gaskets, where there is no solution at all, except to rip off people, as somebody said on the Net
Bar's never showed any R&D to the public, nor a very large facility testing hundreds and hundreds of different engines from different makers and a large number of engineers working on all types of engines
No, they don't have any
Bar's products sales a product telling the people that this crap will be a permanent fix, when in fact everything on the engine will be screwed up forever
I wonder, why Bar's is not having a place to do business in a city where customers can have easy access to bring their complaints if something goes wrong?
It is suspicious that Bar's is doing business hidden in a remote location and when people call them, only a machine is taking the message
They know they selling crap!

The only hard head gasket i changed was on a friends old 96 Ford Taurus v6 front wheel drive. The valve cover touches the fire wall. 4 cylinders are a cake walk. The slant 4 made by Toyota is confusing first time you see it.

Try it on a MKII turbo MR2 some time. You basically have to drop the motor, which is quite a feat on a M/R car.
