your injectors have micro filters on them. which dont normally get plugged. you could try replacing them. also you can replace your cap and rotor on you distributor while your at it and set the ignition timing to spec with a timing light

6 gallons for 100km is about 10 miles per gallon.

i would check for leaks around the fuel filter you just changed.

Yes, that would be 100 miles.

If your getting 100 miles for 6 gallons, that is 16mpg and something is not right. You should be getting a lot more than that.

 

come on it should be that hard to figure it out, how do you drive, spirited? where do yo drive city or highway? if is city then 100 on 6 gallons is a little more than 16 miles to the gallon wich is right on the money if you drive with in the vtec zone, I had the same car no mods and I get 18 city 32 highway.

 

You just answer your question, city driving is the worse way to improve your gas mileage, your car is fine, 16 to 19 miles to the gallon is all you're going to get on city driving , if you want to tested fill up your tank and drive in the highway for about 30some miles and after that top off the gas again until is full don't keep adding after the the handle from the pump clicks, should be +/- a gallon.

 

Here is something that is overlooked,
Do you let your car warm up at least 5 minutes before you start driving?
I'm not sure how cold it is out there but here in Chicago we have at least a foot of snow so I let my car heat up, I notice when I'm in a rush and I don't heat it up then it wastes alot more gas.
