The fuses are fine but one day the fan just quit spinning. I think the AC still works, as when I turn it to the cool side, the AC light lights up and when I'm driving the air that comes through the vent is cold, but the fan never kicks on. Same with hot air, fan doesn't kick on but when I drive it will come in hot through the vents. The car has been having alternator issues, the alternator/AC serpentine belt snapped tonight and we're replacing it tomorrow, other than that and this fan issue the car is mechanically sound, check engine light isn't on. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

 

If you turn the ac on and both fans do not come on then tap the fan motor with something and if it try's to spin some it just needs a fan motor. You can buy one from the dealer without having to get the whole assembly

 

Which fan would I tap? I see two fans when I pop the hood, both of them are spinning when I turn on the car.
