Default Stumble/hesitation if hold throttle at cruising speed under 3k rpm

Gsr swap in an eg, it runs, starts and idles fine, but when im driving on the highway for example, if i hold the throttle at cruising speed under 3k rpms, it has a stumble/hesitation til i let off or push more on the throttle. I checked my alternator and changed the belt, throttle cable isnt loose. I've been told that eld might be turned off on the chip i have in it or it could be the tps. Any thoughts on this situation? I'll be testing the tps when i can get my hands on a voltmeter, if anyone has any other ideas, any help would be appreciated. Thanks h-t!

TPS testing seems reasonable.

I recently had a problem similar but it happened under load in my gsr swapped eg. I was on highway and it slowly started with a very slight miss that eventually got worse and worse. It got to the point where I was unable to go above 55 without it constantly happening. I replaced the entire dizzy and problem solved. Try borrowing a known good dizzy from a friend or something to see if that could be your problem.

I shall look into the distributor but in the mean time i adjusted my tps and tested it( ive replaced it before and the voltage seemed reasonable with .65v at closed and increasing up to 4.58 constant at wot) i was having my rpms drop when i turned on lights/fan but after a minor adjustment of my tps and starting it up, no more rpm drop when the lights/fan are on. Could they have been related? Havent driven the car yet since adjusting the tps but i will report back after i check it out, hesitations only at low rpm at the point where pushing the pedal starts to open the tb when under load

seems to have been the tps, just loosened it and gave it a lil spin and set it back in the middle of the slots on the tps, might have been slightly frozen/siezed up or something for sitting for months without being used. thanks everyone!

^this

Adjust the closed throttle voltage very close to 0.5V.

Wanted to ask. Calibrate to 0.5 v with engine running, engine off with ignition on, or ignition off?
Thanks
