94 accord head bolt
I searched for this in other threads and couldn't find it. I apologize if I missed it.
I replaced my head gasket a while back and after a lot of web searching determined it would be ok to reuse my head bolts. Now I have a leak am now trying to replace them. I'm down to one bolt left. It threaded out of the block easily but I cannot get it out of the head. It turns easily with a socket but I'm getting nowhere. Any suggestions?
I don't care if I destroy the bolt as I am replacing it anyway.
Thanks in advance for the help.

Well for starters if you torqued the head bolts down properly and in sequence and you have a head gasket leak after replacing it you need to pull the head, replace the gasket (because it's no longer good once it's been torqued down), machine the head and start all over. Once a head gasket is torqued down, it cannot be re used especially if it leaks, and it probably leaks because the head needs to be resurfaced.

I had the head machined last time and I had looked up several sources and most said that the bolts were not torque to yield but of course there were a few contradicting that. As for the head gasket being no good after torque, thanks for the info, I didn't know that.
I didn't use any kind of gasket sealant the last time. Could that be part of the reason I still had a leak. I followed my Haynes manual on the torque sequence and values so I feel pretty confident I got that right.
As for the bolt I guess since I have to replace the head gasket anyway I can take a look from the bottom and see why it won't come out.
