Does a 96 JDM ITR P73 ECU look for secondary 02 sensor?

Does a 96 JDM ITR P73 ECU look for secondary 02 sensor, I am planning to put on a testpipe with no 02 bung on the testpipe, and just want to make sure it will work.

it does not look for a sec 02
