Default 98 CR-V abs ground

working through several abs codes on this rig I am finally down to 1.... no.11 , wheel sensor (open/short to body ground/short to power)FR. I corrected the orientation of th rf wheel sensor as it was 180 degrees off and held on by one bolt, cleared the abs memory and am still getting the "11" code, are there additional grounds I need to address?

That code means one of the abs wires are shorted to ground. It wore out somewhere and it touching the body.

L, I looked for any damage to the wire and saw no external wear at all. I think I'm going to have to dish out the $150 for a new sensor, why are these so #@#%!&* expensive?
