1994 Honda Accord EX Coupe Driver side Window issue
Techs-
Driver side power window on my 1994 Coupe (A/T) EX Accord is causing me trouble and issue.
When it's cold outside, I can barely bring it down or up.
If I use some PB Blast or WD-40, then window starts to go up and down, else I hear click-click sound and have to manually put pressure on the glass to bring up and down, while holding the power window button.
Any cheap or DIY fix would be appreciated?
P.S: Don't want to buy any parts or anything.

apply silicon paste around the window channels. It's kinda pricey (25.00) and since you will likely use it once find a mechanic that has some and see if they will apply it for you for 5 bucks.

What you want is ShinEtsu grease for the rubber portions of the windows. Stop spraying WD-40 and PB Blaster on it, you're going to ruin the rubber.
Get the ShinEtsu grease from your local Honda dealer, use that to clean up the rubber trim all around the window.
Then take off the door panel and clean all the gunk out of the tracks. Use white lithium grease for the metal tracks.
You don't want to buy any parts or anything and expect it to be magically repaired?

What I meant, don't want to buy any EXPENSIVE parts

One of the mechanic actually told me to use PB or WD-40

When you say rubber trim, you mean the channel in which glass slides up and down?
If I use silicone spray, do you think that would be helpful and useful?
I found this link pretty helpful:

Thanks so much guys.

Rubber trim = all around the inside of where the window rolls up and down. So roll the window down, then grab the ShinEtsu and a rag and liberally apply. Dig your fingers into the window channel and rub the grease in until it goes clearish (it's white/cream colored from the tube). It's recommended for the S2000 guys to lubricate and refinish their convertible top moldings - you can safely apply it around your rubber door seals too to get some better sealing from them and rejuvenate them.
That alone may help. I'd also still take apart the door panel and clean the metal tracks.
Regarding PB Blaster on them:
Use caution when using PB on: plastics, paint, rubber*, fiberglass, belting and similar materials. Always apply to an inconspicuous area before proceeding with application as PB may stain such surfaces.
*The petroleum solvents in PB will impregnate common black butyl rubber. If left in contact with these materials for extended periods of time they will begin to swell and deteriorate

Note that post #20 mentions ShinEtsu as well

Metal tracks will be needing White Lithium grease, right?
Any recommendation for Silicone lube spray, since I have it already. Else, need to buy shin-etsu

I used the silicon paste and I haven't had any issues since, and since you want the cheapest method I propose you find a mechanic with silicone paste in their arsenal of lubricants and give him 10 bucks.
The honda grease is also pricey, matter of fact I have a tube here that I never use if you want pay the shipping and it's yours.
