Looking to boost my Accord.
I got a 94 accord with a f22b2(non-v) with around 190k miles on it. Recently re-did the head to. Im looking to get around 250hp with stock internals, ive heard its do-able with just arp head studs. What would i need kinda new to the game, im looking at a GODSPEED GSP T3T4 FLANGE .63AR TURBO CHARGER STAGE 3 5 BOLT, Obx Manifold and downpipe, and some ebay piping and intercooler. What would i need to be making this sort of power w a stock f22b?
P.S i eventually want to build the motor and up the boost, but for now want to run a turbo w stock internals.

Remember that you get what you pay for. Even though some eBay products have been proven to work well, some are hit and miss. The best advice I can give you is, don't go cheap on the Westgate, blow-off valve or boost controller because it is very very very important that neither one of these items fail if you want to make a good reliable 250hp with that motor. I also recommend you upgrading your fuel pump and injector because even though you said your looking for 250hp eventually you will want more and with the "PROPER TUNE" these motors are commonly known to be able to handle 300hp on stock internal, also depending on the health of the engine. I had an f22a1 I purposely boosted to 321hp @ 15psi on stock internals just to see what happened, it lasted about three weeks of daily abuse before a rod came flying through the block.

An F22B2 you can safely push 5lbs. Especially if you just has the head rebuilt. The bottom end is going to be your only worry.

Ive actually heard up to 10lbs is safe stock, w some arp headstuds. but just to be safe ima keep it at 8 until i can work on internals.
Yeahh im pretty sure thats exactly whats goin to happen but i think ill b able to start building internals over the summer. so hopefully 8psi will do for a couple months lol
As far as ecu im thinking a p28 with ectune...the only thing is my motor is non-v but ive heard you could disable the vtec or atleast put it to engage past my rev limit. anyone have any thoughts on this?

Is a halfway decent explanation. I could tell you it's safe up to 20psi because my buddy did that. What I neglected to mention is my buddy is using a dinky turbo the size of my fist. 20psi on a diesel semi-truck turbo would probably just disintegrate the motor.

Yes the p28 can be tuned without the V-tec, that's what I'm running right now. I've herd good things about Emusa but no experience with them. HKS, IMO are good, I just don't like the spring surge some of them commonly have. Some people like the sound but I don't. Instead of going psshhhhh! when blowing off it goes psshh-psshh-psshh-psshhhhh! Lol.
This is fully dependent on the size of the turbo. 8psi on one is not the same as 8psi on another if it's twice the size.

See above.
I have no idea what you mean about disabling vtec or put it to engage past your rev limit. If you're referring to the chipping process, you should chip the P28 and run a F22B2 basemap on it. A tuner would then modify the tune for your motor accordingly and the write it back to the chip. I've personally not heard of ectune, but Crome, Hondata, Neptune, etc are all viable options.

I'm in the same boat now that I've done my manual conversion, its game on for boost. I want to go with a cheap 150$ ebay manifold, T3 turbo at 7psi, Tial 68mm wastegate (straight piped out the bottom MAYBE), Tial BOV, 3" downpipe (to rest of exhaust), Mishimoto silicone hoses, mishimoto intercooler, all custom oil lines, and of course a tune. Maybe injectors/fuel pump if I'm running lean. Although all that takes money... lol
