i just bought a 92 civic si with a d15b2 in it i no this is not the right motor for it becuz they came with a z6 in them if im wonrg sorry. when i start the car up it has a huge idle issue goes all the way up to 3500 and back to 1500 really fast and will do it all the time itell it gets hot and sometimes not when it gets hot. sometimes it so bad when i go to take off it will be comin down when i release the clutch it will fall flat on its face. i put a brand new tb on it got it from skunk2. heres things i tryed to do to see what was wrong

1 unplug tps. still dose it.
2 unplug map. car dose not shut off nor help the surg
3. new tb
4. looked for unpluged vacs i replaced all the vac lines
5. checked my coolent full and fine didnt seem to get any air bubbles

im not sure what else to do with the car if anyone has any imput on this plz help!

 

What ECU are you using for a D15b2?

Any CEL codes?

 

it has a po6 ecu and only 1 code for a o2 but i replaced lastnight and light is gone

 

Should have the P05 ecu if its a B2. Of course with this setup who knows what harness it has, if it still is running the B2 single wire O2 sensor, etc.

 

it has a 4 wire

 

What harness are you using?

 

i just got the car 2 days ago not 100% sure
