Default 99 cr-v ex running funny

hey guys, i've got a 99 cr-v that's running funny...

got the car (to do a little work on it) and it has 7 codes

p0301
p0302
p0303
p0304
p0300
p0131
p0420

the cr-v was running poorly so i checked fuel pressure (low) put in a fuel pump. did full tune up (spark plugs, wires, cap, and rotor)
new fuel filter and i also swapped the igniter for a different one i had.
checked the timing (had valve cover off for gasket replacment) and it was off.
replaced timing belt and tensioner pulley (came with kit)
timing is on..
now my problem is:

when starting cold, it runs fine, great actually. after driving for about 30 minutes the cr-v begins to get sluggish. drives okay, but accelerates poorly... kinda chuggs during acceleration.

drove it to work last night and about half way to work check engine light came back on with p0420 code.
i know there is an exhaust leak at the doughnut gasket at the converter.

any ideas. i plan to replace the gasket but i want it to run right before i give it back.

P131= primary o2 sensor
P420= bad cat converter
P300=Random misfire
P301=Cylinder #1 misfire
P302=Cylinder #2 misfire
P303=Cylinder #3 misfire
P304=Cylinder #4 misfire

Replace your primary o2 sensor, and cat converter, see if the rest of the codes go away, if misfires continue, check your valve lash, a cylinder compression test, and leak down should tell you alot about what could be going on with your car.
