I've Had these ticks for a while and i dont know whats causing it. the previous owner said its the bottom end. he knows it cause he's a mechanic, people on forum sites is telling me to adjust my valves or its my warned out mla's (Motion Lost Assembiles) doing it. but the car still runs good and powerful, and she still pulls. should i worry about the tick guys?
Here is a video of what it sounds like for an example;

they are correct. re adjust your valve tappets first then observe. else, LMA's are worn out.

mine does the same thing but only during initial cold starts. goes away and goes back to normal(no ticking) once the engine's in normal operating temp.

i did clean all LMA's two months ago and the ticking sound disappeared right away. however, it didn't last long, a month or so, then back to the ticking sound once more.

i'm thinking of buying new ones as soon as i have some funds to spare.

yup, adjust valves then move on to LMA's. engine isn't going to blow up or anything, but it's something that isn't too expensive to take care of
