I replaced the lowbeam relay,replaced the light bulb,and the fuse but can't seem to get the lowbeam headlights to turn on.I have a 1994 Honda Prelude S by the way.When I turn on my brights the lowbeam headlights all of a sudden turn on! I have no clue what the heck is going on,maybe it's a short or something is loose.The relay is somehow not connecting the the lowbeam headlights.can you please help me?I need my lowbeam headlights to work without turning on my brights

 

Get a wiring diagram from the service manual in the FAQ section and start testing the circuit. Of you suck at electrical have a mechanic check it out.
