So i have a b18c1 in my civic and one night i turn on my headlights and it sez the brights are on but there not, even when i turn them on the back off the brights lite stays on no matter what, the headlights are lit up a little bit but not enough to drive at night, the brights turn on tho when u do that so...the fuses r good but i dunno...u tell me...

Did you mess with any wiring?

 

no didnt mess with any wiring, and ya my high beem indicator stays on when i have the headlights on even when the high beems are not on, it turns off though when you turn the headlights off, and headlights are not working..has anyone else ever had this problem?
