Randomly when it gets really cold out, i noticed there is a considerable amount of moisture on my front window. Recycle air is always off when I leave the car. I could not see any visible seal cracks. Is this something that sometimes happens?

 

That's the same as mine! Well with my car though I know that I have a heater core leak or something because my passenger side carpet is always wet. Not super soaked though but there's water in there. So I believe in mine the reason my windshield gets moistured is coz of that. So yea check yours too!
