drew17ths 84mm b16 dyno results/experiences. KStuned
Hey everyone, just wanted to share my setup, my results and experiences. So, I live in Washington state. about 45 minutes north of seattle. I suppose around here I have my share of shops to Dyno tune with. I have tried a few of them with previous setups and after speaking with a few friends running outlaw class and their experiences I decided we would make the trip to Reid at kaizenspeed. After speaking with Reid quite abit, picking his brain and making sure we were on the same page my friends and I made the 5 hour trip to kennewick.
Upon arrival we were immediately treated like family or part of the group. We had a great experience from top to bottom. Everyone was super friendly and profesional without feeling fake. The customer service was great and any questions were answered immediately. If I did not ask the questions Reid, Shawn and Andy made sure they told me. The reason I say all this is because tuners I have been too on my side of the mountains are not the same way from personal experiences.

the truck and trailor on the east side of the mountains (needed soda and **** stop) lol

on the dyno

the sound breaks up because the MIC couldnt pick it all up. sorry lol.
the results

according to Reid it kept wanting to make power, was very efficient and one of the best b16 setups he has seen. we would have kept going but injectors were at 97% duty cycle. So I am going to run this WHP level for this year, purchase new injectors and see what it can do next year. I just need seat time basically. The last 2 years ive dragged at 210whp all motor and this is a whole new animal.
thanks for taking the time to look.

yes he is!!
Yea ive heard nothing but great things from Bisi. cant go wrong there. Yea any tuner can give you top end its the mixture of top end and drivability that matters to me.
thankyou!
we thought it was great power with a pretty long power band! It was 20lbs of boost because i was maxing injectors at that point. When i get new injectors after the race season ill lean on it harder and go more towards 30lbs.
Great setup! i really understand what you mean about diffrent tuners. Im in the same boat here on the west, it seams many tuners tune diffrent and its hard to get a good tune sometimes. I hope to take a trip to Bisi Moto tuning, i hear there customer service is just like your experience which is a big part of my decision, Any tuner can leave you with a good peak power number and dyno but how well does it drive is the question! part throtle tuning is one thing many tuners do little on.
