brand new battery, post connections are good, g1 and g3 are good, havent checked rubber stopper yet. What happens is, i get 1 good crank, then nothing i get a few clicks from it. I can bum start it no problem. help please...btw i am new to Honda always have had Ford or Mitsubishi

 

Take the starter out (2 bolts) and test it with the battery. Take wire and ground it somewhere then put another wire on the postitive post on the battery and touch the positive terminal on the starter.
