Default R18 Turbo - Intro

Hey Guys. New to the forums here. I'm a heavy 8thCivic member. I just wanted to stop by and let everyone know that you had another boosted civic to the group. This is what I have:

2008 FA1 R18 Automatic - 115,971 miles
TSi R18 Extreme Turbo Kit with some nice mods
GT2554 with 16g wheels from an EVO 3
3" MAF Housing
2000 Prelude IAT sensor
Hondata 4 Bar MAP sensor
Larger Intercooler
Custom 2.5 inch Turbo downpipe
Vibrant R18 Streetpower Exhaust
Innovate DB series Wideband with the LC-1 wired to the Primary O2 circuit
Prosport Evo Boost Gauge

Mods in shipping:
AIRAID Build It Yourself 3" Intake Kit
Boomba Motor Mounts

Mods Needed:
Battery Relocate - Not the JDM Password one with the small cell. I want to use my full size battery.

Dyno pulls will come after I am done tuning. I just got the turbo rebuilt so tuning is in full effect!

Ok, Gimme a sec. Gotta bring them up from my photobucket. My only build thread is on 8thcivic so I guess I should start a new one here also.

FA is the 8th gen 4 door civic's. The 1 denotes the R18 engine. So FA1 is the 2006-2011 4 Door R18. So I am not cool enough to have an Si with the K20, but I generate more torque with my turbo'd SOHC than a Comptech Stage 2 Supercharged Si.

I'm wanting to get up to the mid 200's in torque, but I'm not sure how much this auto tranny can take, and my funds for my build are running low. =/ Consistently the R18 has been putting down 280-290 whp and 250-265 ft lbs on the manual. I am sure the Auto would absorb more power with the torque converter and clutch packs, but It would be nice to be able to Rep a respectable R18 Auto and have my work mean something.

Now, don't get me wrong, the car is a BLAST to drive now and has major low end kick, but I want to kick the boost and start competing with some real cars.

When I bought this car I had one thing in mind - gas Mileage. I was coming form a jacked up 4x4 ranger with a 5.0L V8 in it I used for trails and rock crawling, but it was my DD. 20 gallon tank at 3.79 a gallon every 3-4 days was killing me. I never planned on modding my car. I also thought it would remain stock.

Yea, Should be DrunkinStuper's and The All out Full Engine R18 build is Andres. He's fully built and going for 500+ whp.

I should be one of like 2 or 3 Auto's boosted and to the best of my knowledge I am the only one pushing 10 psi (soon to be 12-14 psi).

This is for sound comparison... This is a 2007 Si Stage 2 Comptech Supercharged with FullRace 3" exhaust and Skunk2 Alpha Racing header.
