Default fuel pump not priming/no power to starter

I have a 96 civic ex that was swapped with a b16a2. The car ran fine and I let sit a few days during Christmas then today I went to go start it and the fuel pump is not priming, and the starter does not have power. We've already swapped ecu's, replaced main relay, and checked fuses. Any ideas on anything else i can check to make it not do anything?

Grounds. Check them. Specifically the thermostat ground.

i just went threw this the other day...check ground connections, and then check to see if you have power to the starter when the key is in the start position, if not then you have a ignition switch problem..my problem was that there was a small 2 wire black box that get screwed to the ignition switch and it came off..when i re connected it, my car started...but my car is a DA
