I have owned alot of Hondas over the years and I have never had the finances to do a Complete build on a car. I have a job now that enables me to do just that so here it is.
I purchased this car a year ago It is a 2000 Acura Integra LS 5spd pretty minimal mods. Has a homemade intake and a veilside muffler and some absolutely HORRID Konig Trouble wheels
The goal and original plan for this car is a Daily driven with AC and PS Track capable car that follows the Function over form mentality. Not too low to be driven on the street easily but not too high to the point that spirited driving is a problem.
Also FUNCTIONAL modifications both aesthetically and performance.
The car will maintain a USDM front end for the time being just for the sheer fact that most integras in my area have a JDM front.
It will most likely get a Phoenix yellow color swap along with a roof cut to get rid of sunroof and associated rust.
Here is a few pictures of when I got it

Then A freind of mine and I dove into cleaning it (also you will see two different wheels in the pictures the same day I bought it I ended up buying some wheels for it temporary)

The car had no shift **** or boot when I picked it up so I got a cheap Ebay one to use for now

The Driver seat had the Typical driver side bolster tear so I sourced a set of GSR front leathers for it (also temporary)

Heres it after the detail inside and out (the seats went in the day we cleaned it i didnt drive it when i bought it)

Now you can see that the car has some issues on the front end and the wheels are horrible and of course its just 4x4 integra..... so here comes the remedy

here in the background you can see the new bumper ready to go on

As I said before the car was 4x4 status so a buddy of mine sold me some neuspeed springs (temporary as well)

while i was under there i decided those ugly red calipers needed to go until I can get some upgraded brakes

Heres the bumper all mounted up ( my buddy seems to think the mustache worked lol I told him i didnt care since the car is gonna get painted)

A friend owed me some money so In payment he gave me a B16 w/lsd transmission So in it goes!

and then tragedy struck my relatively clean integra spent the night in the street 1 TIME! and this happens

So I made an Insurance claim and off to the pick and pull I went. I found a door for 25 bucks and dropped it off to get cleaned up and primed.

The bearded fat guy is my buddy kenny owner/operator of a local speed shop here in town they specialize in GM LS cars and Fords mostly but he dabbles in the import world
Heres how the car sits right now.

and heres a couple things I picked up for the car I have yet to install
AP2 Muffler

17" x 7.5 +35 Volk CE28 they have been stripped to bare and polished to a polish/chrome finish

There are numerous things that are giving me issues right now on account of the obd2 system such as the rear o2 going crazy cause the cat apparently is gutted (came like that) So im gonna go ahead and move ahead with my plans that I was saving for later
I have a b20/vtec that a friend started that I will be finishing for this car.
I have a thread on it in the ALL MOTOR section it consists of a 84.5mm bore B20 block with supertech block guard and arp hardware with RS machine ITR pistons and it will go underneath a 96 GSR head the valvetrain and cams have yet to be determined along with clutch and flywheel.
Heres some pics of it

Its a slow process I work a 3 week on 3 week off schedule so every time I am home I make progress and I will start updating this thing as I do.

For some reason those Volk CE28 don't look right. Are they real?
And I like the engine build. Did you keep the rocker assembly in order when you removed it. I don't see any pics of the rockers.

Not much in store for this week since in getting ready to head back to work for 3 weeks.
I did pick up a set of wings west (mugen replica) side skirts from a local person. Don't have any pics but they are in perfect condition. A very welcome addition.
I am in the process of gathering body parts so everything will be in place when I send it to the body shop in the next month. I am in search of a competent body shop in my area to perform a roof skin swap(major sunroof related rust) and perhaps some fresh undercoating. But sofar In my actual town there is no one I have found yet. I will be broadening the search to San Antonio and Houston which is a bit further than i would like. But I do not plan on doing this work twice. Or at least I would not like too.
