Default 94 honda accord ex coupe

I am throwing code 41 which is oxygen sensor heater and i replaced my o2 sensor and reset the ecu but i am still throwing code 41,...what could be the problem i need help. Also i put a full tank of gas in my car for the first time and it started to smoke the color is white smoke,...what could be my problem? its not a blown headgasket and my oil is not watery and my radiator fluid is fine?

Check Heater o2 fuse.then if you can test your o2 graph and if it isn't performing right its I recommend you to check your wires. Could be loose , open connection. I seem many cars also throwing that code if you have a rich mixture so u might wanna scope that out. Best is to check o2 graph
