o2 content check engine problems code 1
i got this o2 check light.....my friend told me that its the oxygen content code.. flashes 1.....some one help i want it off and quick....and also what is it...let me know how i can fix

the o2 is new and its not the problem becasue i have a chip that has it programed to turn off the 02 we put the same ecu in a friends car unplugged the ecu and the check engine didnt go on so i know its not the o2 its self....but it still reads the oxygen content.....no freaken clue why

could it be code 11 it goes like this
1.....1.....1.....1.....1.....1.....1 and so on, the .=1 sec and the 1=flash
